Underfloor heating and a heat pump. How do you best combine them?

Of course, a heat pump can be connected to a conventional heating system. However, if you are going to connect your new underfloor heating to your heat pump, the efficiency of your heat pump will seriously increase. This is due to the fact that the temperature of the underfloor heating is around 35 degrees Celsius. 35 degrees is a relatively low temperature. Because of this relatively low temperature, the combination with your heat pump is ideal. It works best when the temperature of the delivery system is relatively low.

Keep in mind that not all types are suitable for the combination with your underfloor heating. So-called air-to-air heat pumps cannot be combined with your underfloor heating. Of course, R Floorzz can give more information about this, but you can also ask all your questions to the supplier.

What are the biggest benefits of underfloor heating combined with a heat pump:

  • Very low energy consumption
  • High efficiency
  • No radiators required
  • Environmentally friendly (significantly lower CO2 emissions)
  • Comfortable warmth
  • Cooling is also possible
  • Substantial payback capacity
  • Value increasing for your home

To further increase the efficiency of underfloor heating in combination with a heat pump, R Floorzz recommends insulating your home (even) better. A well-insulated house keeps the heat in and the cold out.

R Floorzz cooperates with the best heat pump suppliers. The result: perfectly working underfloor heating and heat pump with all the advantages for you as a user.
