Fully prefabricated and customized

All floors are produced entirely in-house by RFloorzz. From the floor elements to sawing and milling, everything is custom-made based on your working drawing or floor plan. This is done in an automated process with robot lines and specially developed CNC machines.

Depending on your project, we can:

  • Pre-milling for underfloor heating, including matching cover layer

  • Realize milling on the underside for piping or installations

  • Stacking and numbering floor elements by assembly logic

As a result, you will receive ready-made floorboards, produced on schedule and prepared for immediate on-site assembly.

Our precast floors are constructed with sound-insulating materials and tailored to the requirements of your project. Both airborne and impact noise is effectively reduced, giving the floor excellent performance in applications such as apartments, office spaces and modular living or utility units.

On-site installation benefits

Our floors are prefabricated and delivered in assembly order. Each element is numbered based on your assembly drawings, so assembly crews can work directly from the pallet without any sorting out. No sawing or milling is required on the construction site. This prevents dust generation, minimizes disruption to other construction flows and contributes to a clean, manageable work process. The result: flawless and predictable assembly with less reliance on on-site expertise.

Circular economy and reuse of materials

Thanks to the metal-free, bonded construction, our floors are easy to disassemble and reuse in the next stage of life.

Waste disposal and sustainability

All materials that we can no longer use in our process go back to the source, such as the gypsum fiber. Both the milling dust and residual pieces are collected at our plant, separated and returned for reuse with the least amount of transportation movements possible.

How does underfloor heating work

A smart flooring solution starts with a good conversation. That is why we start every project with a thorough inventory of your wishes and the technical requirements for the floor. Think about noise reduction, fire resistance, insulation, construction height or specific requests such as pre-milling installation work or integrating underfloor heating. To arrive at the best proposal, we would like to receive the drawings and technical specifications of your project.

The manufacturing process begins with the manufacture of our screed floor elements. These elements are equipped with a lip weld joint, allowing them to be installed floating. The layers are glued together in offset, without the use of mechanical fastening. This keeps the floor metal-free and suitable for further processing with CNC technology.

Finishing
After manufacturing the floor elements, several finishing options are available, for example in combination with underfloor heating. This can be done either with wet systems or completely in dry construction.

Each floor is prefabricated from your assembly drawings and numbered per unit or building section. The elements are stacked in the correct order on the pallet, matching the assembly logic on site. This allows assembly crews to place the floor directly from the pallet, without searching or cutting loss. This prevents schedule delays.

In addition, we can prepare the floors for specific methods, such as for modular construction projects where the modules are not assembled until the final location. Thanks to these smart preparations, on-site construction is fast and hassle-free. Automated in-house production for your precast engineered floor

Floor heating from our own factory

At RFloorzz, we produce all precast floors in our own factory, fully automated. With an extensive machine park, consisting of nine CNC machines and three robotic lines, we are able to produce both custom-made and large series.

Our CNC machines, including large format machines with a reach of up to 14.5 meters, allow us to produce fully customized floor panels based on your project drawing. We effortlessly handle variable center-to-center distances, curves, cutouts and other specific connections.

We already mill installation routes for underfloor heating, piping or recesses during production in our factory. This eliminates manual sawing and milling work on site and avoids risks of errors or damage. Installers can get straight to work without measuring work or corrections. This reduces the installation time per unit and minimizes failure costs in the finishing phase.

Thanks to automatic material handling and robot-controlled bonding, all of these processes occur with consistent quality and minimal error rate. This saves time on the construction site, prevents rework and reduces dependence on specialized labor on site.
